Welcome to the 3rd edition of Anusara Marga: The Path of Anusara Yoga, the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga’s quarterly online magazine.

I am always amazed at how much knowledge and “right understanding” are present in the Anusara teaching community and how that knowledge shines forth through our online magazine.
