Grow & Thrive is a hybrid training happening both online and inperson. Our meet ups will be mostly in Ireland and will also include a 7 Day Retreat Intensive in Europe.
This is an opportunity for you to upskill, deepen your understanding. It is a chance for you to grow and shine both as a practitioner and as a teacher. We will dive deep into all the fundamentals of teaching Anusara Yoga and will include exciting topics such as Restorative Yoga, YogaWise (for aging populations), Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Applications and much more,
