Some of the Topics include biomechanics, motor and human movement development, myofascial movement mechanisms, and more. The anatomy covered will be directly applied to the Loops and Spirals concepts, exploring flexion/extension chains and rotational mechanics.
This course satisfies general anatomy or elective requirements for the 300-hour program.

Course Structure
This course is a 36-hour training divided into three immersive weekends.

Weekend One: Understanding UPA’s, kinetic chains, fascial lines, and elements of the nervous system. (12hrs, theory/practice)

Weekend Two: The Spirals and Loops and their relationship with the body’s dynamic flow (12hrs, theory, labs and practicum)

Weekend Three: Laboratory practice, hands-on applications. (12hrs, labs & practicum)
