Methodology & Co-Mentoring 300-Hour Module with Jayendra Hanley

12 Contact Hours: in the four 3-hour sessions, we will review key teaching skills, including offering demonstrations of asanas. There will be several opportunities to practice teach, then we will learn a process for giving and receiving feedback called “co-mentoring”.

2.
12 Non-Contact Hours: students will team up to observe each other’s classes and offer supportive feedback. Students follow the process that is used when applying for the Inspired and Certified Anusara Teacher licenses. Students say that this is one of their favorite modules in the 300-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training because of the opportunity to work together, contemplating the elements of teaching Anusara yoga, and how the process develops that sense of Kula or community that we all love so much. Registration fee is 180 dollars or Euros.
