Kelly has been an Anusara-Inspired teacher since 2011. She currently teaches in Saudi Arabia and is live-streaming from Dervish Hatixhe Yoga Center. Her classes bring detailed alignment into a heart-centered and challenging practice. While fancy poses are not required, for Kelly, the depth of the practice comes from loving yourself through the difficulties, which is facilitated by challenging asana practice.

I love the systematic approach to alignment and a practical heart-centered practice that can ground yoga in the everyday experience and the rigorous training of teachers.

Anusara is accessible, systematic and yet diverse. I love the possibility of a system of yoga that can support students in their self-exploration, but that has flexibility to allow them to choose what works for them.
