| What do you love most about Anusara Yoga? |
For me personally it is the concept of Open to Grace which makes me more present in my regular yoga practice and which invites me to flow from my heart. As a teacher, I absolutely love the Universal Principles of Alignment which helps my students to become better each time they do yoga.

| Why do you teach Anusara yoga? |
We live in a very dynamic world where we only take little time for ourselves. As a teacher, I want to help my students to have more time and reconnect to themselves. Therefor I also integrate a good amount of meditation into my classes.
