Yoga Bio

I started Yoga 34 years ago, teache it with a great love since 1996. However, when I met John Friend in 2001 I became full of enthousiasm for Anusara, so I decided to follow this wonderful way of Hatha Yoga Teachings ! In addition to John Friend, I studied a lot with different Trainers mainly Jayendra Hanley and Bridget Wodd Kramer. I became Inspired by John Friend when he came to Paris in 2005, then took the time to pass the certification in May 2019 ! At the same time, I follow the teachings of a traditional Indian path of meditation, Siddha Yoga that I encountered in 1989.
Weekly Class Schedule

Monday 4:30 pm and 6:15pm; Tusday 9:30am, 12am (private) and 6pm; Wednesday 4:30 pm and 6:30pm; Thursday 9:30am, 5:30pm (restorative) and 6:30pm; Friday 6pm (restorative).
Because of the epidemic and outside of confinement, the hours have been changed ( more classes given) and the number of participants limited.
What do you love most about Anusara Yoga?

The power of Grace who is living in the Anusara community.
Lightheartedness with whom we teach, share, communicate.
The sweetness and warmth of the Heart which are tangible in our Anusara Hatha Yoga teachings.
Why do you teach Anusara yoga?

Even I loved the practices of yoga since the beginning, even I wanted to become a Teacher, I lacked conviction to teach according to the different and great schools that I had followed, I was about to give up when I had the opportunity to take a level 2 course, with John Friend in the USA. It was then a revelation to me : “oh but you can teach with so much openness, so much humor, and at the same time be very competent ! ” In addition all these precise alignments gave me a feeling of great freedom in my body and joy in my mind. I was overwhelmed and so I decided to continue teaching but in the Anusara style, I had found my way !!!
Why do you license with Anusara?

It is important for me to keep the link with this school, these teachings, and this community. I care to retransmit these teachings which have done me so much good, to promote them, and to benefit my students, who also greatly appreciate them.
