Part 2: is open to those who’ve taken Part One as well as those who are Anusara Inspired Teachers, Certified Anusara Teachers or Trainers.

Each part covers 15 hours over 3 weeks

About this Online Training

The Universal Principles of Alignment (UPAs) are more than just cues for achieving advanced asana. They offer a profound means of expressing asana from the inside out, serving as an access point to the living wisdom of yoga practice.

This course, we will delve into the UPAs with the intention of unveiling:

  • The depth of their cyclical nature
  • The balance and ease that arises through their natural pulsation
  • The expansion potential within their sequential unfolding

All participants who complete the entire training (Part 1 and 2) will receive a Digital Certificate upon course completion.

  • *Taking the full training counts as an elective module for the 300-hour Anusara Teacher Training and as continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance
  • *Taking only one part counts as continuing education hours within the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Alliance.

Julia Pearring, Experienced Certified Anusara Trainer

Julia Pearring is a highly respected Anusara Yoga teacher and educator, dedicated to guiding students through the transformative practice of yoga.

She has been teaching Anusara Yoga since 2008 and holds certifications as an Experienced Certified Anusara Teacher (ECAT) and as a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).

Over the years, Julia has supported yoga practitioners and teachers in deepening their understanding of the UPAs.

Additionally, Julia co-authored the “Therapeutic Applications of Anusara Teacher’s Manual” in 2020 and is known for her ability to inspire and support yoga practitioners in connecting deeply with their own selves through the principles of Anusara Yoga

Can I join Part 2 without taking Part 1?

Part 2 is open to those who have completed Part 1 as well as to those who are Anusara Inspired, Certified Anusara teachers. or Trainers

What are the benefits of taking both parts of the course?

Completing both parts of the course counts as an elective module in the Anusara 300-hour Teacher Training program. If you take only one part, it counts as continuing education hours with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Alliance.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, all attendees who complete the full training will receive a digital certificate.
